In the realm of habit formation applications, the concept of a Habit Streak has gained considerable traction. The latest iteration of this concept is encapsulated in Habit Starter, a tool designed to assist users in achieving their goals across various aspects of life such as exercise, diet, and other personal objectives. This app encourages users to evaluate their daily achievements and report on their success, fostering the development of consistent habits over time.

A notable reflection on habit formation comes from comedian Jerry Seinfeld, who stated, "After a few days you'll have a chain. Just keep at it and the chain will grow longer every day. You'll like seeing that chain, especially when you get a few weeks under your belt. Your only job next is to not break the chain." Addressing this need is the application "Five a Day." This app allows users to select five key areas—customizable through the Settings menu—where they can track their daily achievements.
