In the realm of habit formation applications, the concept of a Habit Streak has gained considerable traction. The latest iteration of this concept is encapsulated in Habit Starter, a tool designed to assist users in achieving their goals across various aspects of life such as exercise, diet, and other personal objectives. This app encourages users to evaluate their daily achievements and report on their success, fostering the development of consistent habits over time.

A notable reflection on habit formation comes from comedian Jerry Seinfeld, who stated, "After a few days you'll have a chain. Just keep at it and the chain will grow longer every day. You'll like seeing that chain, especially when you get a few weeks under your belt. Your only job next is to not break the chain." While this approach can be effective for short-term goals, there is often a need for a more sustainable solution.

Addressing this need is the application "Five a Day." This app allows users to select five key areas—customizable through the Settings menu—where they can track their daily achievements. Each day, users report their successes in these domains, providing them with immediate insight into their progress over days, weeks, months, and years.

The app also offers flexibility in goal-setting; users can configure their targets according to personal preferences or opt for default settings. Additionally, a straightforward reminder feature ensures that users are prompted to update their progress consistently.
